Standard occupational profile items – The Four Champions

The aim of modern and future oriented training is to provide trainees with cross-cutting competencies they need in a world of work which is undergoing constant change. For this reason, BIBB has developed standard occupational profile items together with the Federal Government, Employer Associations and Trade Unions. These new themes are included into all the present occupational programs since August 2021. The Four Champions are:
